Account Creation

To access most features of Speedway Draft, you must create a user account. You may register using:

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

• Selecting an appropriate team name and display name
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian permission to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the necessary permissions to use the Service.

Team Names and Display Names

You must choose appropriate team names and display names that do not violate our content guidelines. We reserve the right to require changes to names that are offensive, inappropriate, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

• All leagues and competitions are completely free to join and participate in
• No monetary prizes, entry fees, wagering, or gambling is permitted
• Users must compete fairly and honestly without cheating or exploitation
• Collusion between users or sharing of insider information is strictly prohibited
• Users may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

League Management

• League creators and administrators have the right to enforce league-specific rules
• Private leagues may use join codes to control membership
• League members may be granted different roles (Member, Manager, Owner)
• League administrators may remove members who violate rules
• Speedway Draft reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes

Fantasy Team Rules

• Users must select drivers within the designated budget constraints
• Team changes must be submitted before event lockout times
• Points are calculated based on real-world driver performance
• Users may not manipulate or interfere with the automated scoring system
• Driver values and point calculations are determined by Speedway Draft

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
• Attempting to manipulate or reverse-engineer our algorithms
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Coordinating team selections or strategies across multiple accounts
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for competitive gain

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Speedway Draft and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain rights to any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Racing Data

We strive to provide accurate and timely information about speedway events, driver statistics, and race results. However, we cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of racing data
• That all race results will be available immediately after events
• The accuracy of driver statistics, biographical information, or performance data
• That point calculations will be free from errors or delays

Corrections and Updates

We reserve the right to correct errors in data, point calculations, or league standings at any time. Users will be notified of significant corrections that affect competition results.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Speedway Draft disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service or any content
• The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service
• The results you may obtain from using the Service
• The accuracy of speedway racing data, statistics, or point calculations
• The availability of the Service at any particular time or location
• The security of data transmission over the internet

This disclaimer does not exclude or limit any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Speedway Draft's total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Speedway Draft shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the Service
• Damages resulting from errors in data, point calculations, or league standings
• Damages resulting from the conduct of other users or third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, condition, warranty, or right that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupplying the services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Australian Consumer Law may also apply to the supply of our services.

You and Speedway Draft agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service. However, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction in the place where you live or carry on business.
