By accessing and using Speedway Draft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Speedway Draft is a free fantasy sports platform focused on Australian speedway racing. Users can create and join leagues, manage fantasy teams, and compete with other users. All leagues and competitions are free to join and participate in.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Keeping your account information updated
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental permission to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair play
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent league restrictions
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
5. League Rules and Fair Play
Speedway Draft is committed to fair play and competitive integrity:
- All leagues are free to join and participate in
- No monetary prizes, entry fees, or gambling is permitted
- Users must compete fairly and honestly
- Collusion between users is strictly prohibited
- League commissioners have the right to enforce league-specific rules
- Speedway Draft reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Speedway Draft and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain rights to any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
